St Paul’s Lunch Club

Every Wednesday from Noon until 1:30pm.

Membership

Currently limited to 30 members with a waiting list for any further applications.

Meal places

There will be a limit of 30 places each week.

Registration

To request register for membership please fill in the form below or provide the following details in an email. You will be contacted soon after to finish off the required details to finalize the membership.

Charges

Membership is free. There is a £4.00 charge for each meal.

Location

Meeting place at St Paul’s church.

Meals

Consists of a main meal and pudding and a drink (tea, coffee, squash or water). The meals are prepared by contracted caterers.

Transport

Transport to and from the lunch club will not be provided. This is to be arranged privately by members.

Funding

Money to support the club for a further year has been obtained from The National Lottery Community Fund. Continuation of the club after this period will be dependent on obtaining further funding.

Governance

The lunch club is provided and managed by St. Paul’s Church Parochial Church Council. The club will conform to the policies and procedures of the PCC, including the Safeguarding Policies and Procedures (as displayed in church and on the church website).

Insurance

As a PCC approved activity, insurance, including public liability insurance, is provided through the PCC’s existing insurance arrangements. The insurers have been advised of the establishment of the lunch club.
